COSMOTE e-Value received significant distinctions at the Sales Excellence Awards 2017, by winning 3 awards, 2 Gold and 1 Bronze. With this triple win, COSMOTE e-Value is rewarded for setting the customers as first priority and for offering them a unique experience in every interaction.
COSMOTE e-Value won Gold awards for its sales training programs, which are implemented frequently so as to enhance the expertise of its people and, in the “Sales Channels” category, for the exceptional performance in telesales on behalf of its client Doctoranytime.gr. By putting customer and customer experience as top priorities, the Account Service Team of COSMOTE e-Value, was one of the strongest teams, winning a Bronze award for the service and satisfaction of its customers, in the “Innovation in Sales & “Client-Orientation” category.

The Sales Excellence Awards 2017 were held for 5th consecutive year by the Sales Institute in Greece (IPE) along with Boussias Communications. The ceremony was hosted at the Athens Concert Hall. The evaluation of the candidates was made by a judging committee, comprised of field professionals as well as University professors.

COSMOTE e-value: a state-of-the-art contact center located in a unique area in Athens center

From now on COSMOTE e-value is housed in a state-of-the-art “green” building in Kerameikos area based in Athens, in the context of the company’s constant attempt to offer its people the appropriate environment so as to work and evolve. The fully reconstructed building will accommodate approximately 1,200 employees that provide more than 50 customers-large businesses with comprehensive contact center services.

The inauguration ceremony held in the presence of OTE Group Chairman and CEO, Mr. Michael Tsamaz, as well as local administration representatives, company’s customers and partners.

The building of a total area of 7,700 square meters is located in Kerameikos area. It possesses training rooms, a career center, meeting rooms and plenty of rest areas. The complex was erected in 1959, so as to initially house the OTE Computing Center. OTE Estate undertook and implemented its full renovation, by taking into consideration international standards and special requirements for the creation of a contact center.

The design of COSMOTE e-value building was implemented in an environmentally responsible manner, aiming at performance optimization in a series of indicators, such as energy consumption, water use, CO2  emissions, internal environment’s quality as well as resources management. Eventually, this building is among the seven in Greece that possess a LEED international certification at GOLD level, by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

COSMOTE e-Value among the “Protagonists of the Greek Economy”

COSMOTE e-value: golden distinction for the “green” building in Kerameikos

COSMOTE e-value was awarded with the Golden Award at the “Structured Environment / “Green” Buildings category of the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards, for its offices in Kerameikos.
Complying to OTE Group’s environmental strategy and management’s commitment for planning and implementing projects according to the principles of sustainable development, a state-of-the-art contact center was created in Kerameikos, where the old OTE Computer Center used to be. OTE Estate undertook its complete renovation, taking into account the international standards and special requirements applying to a contact center.
The building, with a total area of 7.700 square meters, features training rooms, a career center, meeting rooms and relaxation areas. Such project has a positive impact on employees, customers as well as the environment, while it brings new life to the historic center of Athens.
