In July 3, 2014, due to the strike of the workers of PPC S.A., HEDNO S.A. as the competent Manager of the electricity distribution network and in order to provide excellent and direct information to consumers, assigned to e-Value the operation of telephone line 2106241860 for the customer’s service and updating, operating 24 hours a day, throughout the duration the strike.

The general management of the company e-value of  GERMANOS group has been taken over by Amvrosios Kardaris. Amvrosios Kardaris is 41 years old and is specialized in economics with a Bachelor degree from the American College, Deree. He has an extensive experience in telecommunications, having worked at the companies Panavox and Cosmote. He has been working for GERMANOS group since the beginning of 2000, when he held the position of Operations Manager in the Directorate of telecommunications Products and Services. From the position of the General Manager of the company e-Value, a subsidiary of GERMANOS Group, is expected to significantly contribute to the growth and the realization of the strategic goals of the company and to play his part to the further growth in the field of Call Canter and Customer Relationship Management. e-Value is the Call Center and Customer Relationship Management Company of GERMANOS Group.

e-Value to provide support for Alpha Bank’s m-Banking service

e-Value, a Call Center company contracted to support Alpha Bank’s m-Banking service. By dialing 0800- 326 326, Alpha Bank customers can have free access to information and support 7 days a week from 7am to midnight.

With the new m-Banking service Alpha Bank customers can pay their utility bills (OTE, PPC, EYDAP) and credit card balance, transfer funds between accounts and obtain a personal credit loan. e-Value will support this new service by offering detailed information to Alpha Bank customers on the bank’s new services and initial WAP settings on their mobile phone.
