Spanish Customer Service Representative

Are you fluent in Spanish and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Guide new clients through digital onboarding, particularly focusing on KYC requirements and procedures.
 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish & English (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Availability to work 24/7/365 to ensure continuous support.
