Athanasios (Tom) Stratos

CEO

Athanasios (Tom) Stratos is the CEO of Cosmote eValue in Greece (from 2009) and eValue International in Romania and his perspective of having the customer at the heart of every decision, led to the remarkable growth of the company, under the years of his leadership. He serves also as Chief Customer Operations Officer, OTE Group, since 2018 and as President & CEO of Germanos. He joined the Group in 1998 and since then occupied several senior managerial positions with his last position before his existing role, that of Executive Director Customer Services, OTE Group, from 2014 to 2018. Mr. Stratos has extensive Commercial experience specifically in the areas of Sales, Retail, Care and Customer Experience in the telecoms sector, having worked in large companies in Greece and Canada. Mr. Stratos holds a degree in Business Administration from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Vangelis Agapitos

Customer Services Commercial Issues & Operations Director

Vangelis Agapitos is Customer Services Commercial Issues OTE-COSMOTE & Operations COSMOTE eValue Director. He embarked on his career in 2002, gaining valuable experience in various positions in the Marketing and Sales Departments of Unilever. During these years he had the chance to involve himself in major developmental projects for Greece and Europe, being a member of the Unilever’s European Marketing team. His expertise in Marketing was further honed during his tenure at Germanos from 2007 to 2009, where he excelled in the role of Marketing Manager. During 2009 to 2012 Vangelis held the role of Deputy Retail Marketing Director for Germanos and Cosmote. Vangelis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff University. Complementing his academic achievements, he has pursued specialized training to enhance his strategic acumen. He has successfully completed Strategic Marketing courses for Marketing Directors at Cranfield School of Management and Executive Seminar Courses in Strategic Decision Making and Leadership in London Business School and Harvard Business School.

Sandy Hiladaki

Residential SME Customer Services Director

Sandy Hiladaki is Residential SME Customer Services Director OTE – COSMOTE, at Cosmote eValue since 2021. She joined OTE Group in 1998, undertaking several senior positions contributing significantly to the company’s success. She has also been an integral part of the Cosmote since 2011 and throughout her career, she has actively participated in key projects, including fault to repair, COSMOTE@YourService and the transformation of the Customer Service Department’s operating model. Her leadership and involvement extended to her role as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Institute of Customer Service. Possessing extensive expertise in the Telecommunications sector, as well as a background in Client Service and Sales, Sandy Hiladaki has a diverse professional history. Her prior experience includes working in the Finance Industry, where she held positions at Interamerican, Eurofinance SA, and Keramos SA between 1993 and 1998. Mrs. Hiladaki attended the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she focused her studies on Political Science. In addition to her professional achievements, she is a mother of four and holds a degree in piano. Her multifaceted background and leadership roles underscore her commitment to excellence in her professional endeavors.

Panagiotis Tsiantoulas

HR Director

Panagiotis Tsiantoulas joined Cosmote eValue’s team in May 2019 as HR Director, having a focus on driving an HR strategy that attracts top-talents and develops the company’s more than 7.000 employees. Before joining Cosmote eValue, Panagiotis gained more than 18 years of diverse experience through holding various key roles in multinational work environments. He started his career in the Sales Department of Diageo S.A. and then joined OTE Group in 2006, where he initially worked in the Business Process Management Division. In 2010 he changed his career path, by joining HR and since then has taken on various key HR leadership roles, including PMO to the CHRO, HR Business Partner for Commercial functions and HRD Learning & Skills Manager. He also worked as the Global Head of Customer Solutions Management in the Deutsche Telekom Global HRD Competence Center in 2016. Panagiotis holds a Master’s Degree in Operational Research from Lancaster University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia, Greece and is certified in Change Management from Henley Business School. Apart from Greek, he speaks English and French.

Tania Pantazi

Commercial & International Business Development Director

Tania Pantazi is Commercial & International Business Development Director at Cosmote eValue and has been in the company’s management since 2004 when she took over the Commercial Division. She has contributed significantly to the growth of the company and to Cosmote eValue’s Commercial Department. She has more than 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, as she also worked for Lamprakis Press Group, before joining Cosmote eValue. Mrs. Pantazi holds a B.A. in Marketing & Management, from Deree College (American College of Greece).

Dionysis Gazis

Business & Corporate Customer Services Director

Dionysis Gazis is the Corporate Customer Services Director (from 2017) and joined Cosmote eValue in 2013 as Head of Operations. He has contributed significantly to the growth of the company having a continuous focus on delivering operational excellence and building customer obsessed teams. He started his career in RF and Microwave industry as a certified Quality Engineer from the American Society of Quality, joining NETCOM SA (in 1994), developing electronic components for a diverse range of military, aerospace, medical, and wireless communications customers. In 1999, he entered the service industry and moved to Vodafone Greece, where he held senior managerial roles in Business improvement and Customer Service areas, responsible for Consumers Care, Acquisition and Retention contact centers, before moving to Vodafone Italy (in 2011) to lead Customer Experience improvement projects. He holds an Integrated Master of Electrical Engineering from University of Patras with specialization in Telecommunications and Artificial Intelligence and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Europe.

Thanasis Katsaras

Customers Operations Planning & Corporate Governance Director

Thanassis Katsaras is Customers Operations Planning & Corporate Governance Director since January 2023. He joined OTE Group in 2000 and held various senior managerial positions in OTE National Wholesale Segment and in Customer Operations OTE Group. Prior to that he worked for several years in the Industrial Sector (Hellenic Pipeworks S.A.) and in the FMCG Industry (Sara Lee Household & Body Care Hellas S.A.) Thanasis holds an MBA from Stirling University and a BSc in Management & Production Engineering from Technical University of Crete.

Mari Mantaka

Head of Corporate Communications

Mari Mantaka is Head of Corporate Communications at Cosmote eValue and Germanos, since January 2023. Prior to that, she was Head of Corporate Communications at Cosmote eValue (2019-2022) and Corporate Communications Manager from October 2016 to 2019. She joined the OTE Group in 2001, where she held several positions in Internal Communication and Public Relations (2004-2016), and prior to that she worked at the Olympics Games Department Athens 2004 and at the Treasury Department of Cosmote. She holds a Diploma in Digital Marketing Analytics from M.I.T. –Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan School of Management). She also holds an M.Sc. in Management Studies (major in Marketing Management) from Brunel University, London and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & International Studies from Panteion University Athens. She has also earned an accreditation in Project Management (PRINCE2) and apart from her native language Greek, she speaks fluent English, French and Italian.
